Motivated by inspiring starting entrepreneurs and training them to lead a company that makes a difference – not by taking the entrepreneur’s chair himself, but through a hands-off approach, based on a rock solid trust in the founder’s own talents. Vision, inspiration and the ‘why’ behind being an entrepreneur is more important than a finely crystallized strategy and perfectly designed business processes.
