As from today CEO and founder Thijs Manders will be Executive President of TMC. Emmanuel Mottrie, CEO TMC International until now, will take over the role of CEO of TMC Group. No changes have been made in the Non-Executive Board with Chairman Nikolai Pronk. With these changes in the Executive Board TMC enforces the strategy they started four years ago to transform TMC from a Dutch leading high-tech consulting company into a leading international consulting group.
This new organization will allow TMC Netherlands, it’s clients and Employeneurs to fully benefit from the advantages of internationalization. On the other hand the new TMC countries will be able to profit from the unique return of eighteen years’ experience in developing the very successful Employeneurshipmodel in the Netherlands.
The duo will combine Mottrie’s extensive international experience in high-technolgy consulting, with Manders’ unique business insights as the inventor, treasurer and driving force of the Employeneurshipmodel. After building TMC into a group of more than 1.000 Employeneurs during the first eighteen years, Manders and Mottrie now together strengthen their ambition to grow into an international group of more than 10.000 Employeneurs world-wide in the following eighteen years. Both top executives will define the future strategy, roll-out and management of TMC jointly in order to bring the group to the next level. They are supported by a team of distinguished CEO’s per country each with a successful track record in the technology consulting sector.
Today TMC is present in more than eight countries.
