Harver’s Google Cloud Integration Helped Place Thousands of Americans in Jobs During COVID-19 Pandemic
SANTA CRUZ, CA - August 11, 2020 - Leading pre-employment assessment software company Harver has integrated Power by Looker, to create its embedded analytics offering, Harver Insights. This new product provides Harver customers with live end-to-end data of the full hiring process, enabling automation, faster decision making and increased business agility.
Off the shelf, Harver Insights, comes equipped with a self serving analytics component next to a number of pre-fabricated data dashboards that ingest and classify data from multiple systems throughout the recruitment tech stack. These components cover a wide range of use cases, from instant visibility into what channel the best candidates came from, to instant candidate experience ratings and unconscious bias indicators. Over the past months, Harver Insights has been released to many of Harver’s enterprise customers, assisting them in adjusting to today’s reality.
